Okay....I thought this little baby was a Black-Sex Link roo, but now that it's 7 or 8 weeks old with a comb no larger than my females, I'm starting to question it......What kind do y'all think it is??? Is it even a roo??? I was thinking it could be a Cuckoo Maran....just don't know....

That's what I thought at first, but it's legs are pink. My other BR have yellow legs.

Where did you get it from? I agree that it appears to be a pullet, not a cockerel. As for breed, I would say Cuckoo Marans or a mix.

Thank y'all! Not that I mind a rooster (it makes the best chicken dinner ever!), but it would be nice to only have to cull one instead of two.
