I have a box full of babies and 2 more eggs I'm waiting to see if they are going to hatch. All seem to be the white polish except 4 micro black ones. Those Lil guys are half the size of a nor.al baby chick.

I lost one of my little guys. Accidentally drown while I was in town. 😥. Shouldn't have to leave again for awhile. Full on mama hen mode...
So sorry. I've had that happen. I remove any deep water sources now. Glass rocks in the chick water can help keep them from falling in too deep.

First group photo.. I cannot get over how small the little black ones are. Chickens are so misunderstood they are feathered covered personalities..... and never would have thought about the rocks I have some in my snail shell jar!!!

I almost ordered some more polish yesterday because these are so adorable. I gotta wait. One of my polish hens had a secret nest and hatched out 14 eggs all by herself. She's a great mother too. Too bad I don't have a polish rooster. I will watch yours grow up. Love my polish.

I've never owned any. I have fallen in love with the little guys. They are sure fun to watch. I have some outside that was hatched on mothers day, they are brown and black. My little Rockstar I call them.

Had to share. I have my babies in a clear tote (I just love watching them, I'll watch them instead of tv...hahaha...) but I was noticing how they was all laying asleep and noticed the absolute cutest thing. One of the polish chicks had its little wing stretched out over one of the tiny ones. It was the cutest thing. I love how they all use each other as pillows

Chicken watching is my favorite activity. :)

I must admit I've been out of touch with my farm girl side until here recently. I've had 7 hens and a game rooster . (My son,6,hatched out Bert and Gert last year from. His pawpaws chickens) and the rest were a rescue situation. They was big when I got them I haven't had babies since my baby (17 this year) was a baby. But I live my birds and I hope they love me. We also have recently acquired a pig that has become the life of the party, his name is Gogo. Bc he likes to go go
