Welcome !! I had a hen with the same issue, no matter what I gave her, the shells of her eggs were always so soft . Good luck !!! ❤

Most of my chickens won't eat the oyster shell but spill it and bury it. Only two girls (out of 30 at the time) would eat it so I just stopped giving it to them. Instead, I provide them with baked crushed eggshell, they gobble it right up in a day or two and i do a batch a couple of times a week.
