A little late to respond, my responce is pretty much the same as everyone else here XD, good luck with your chick though.Can you describe whats wrong with it/them?? Cant help if we dont have an.idea of whats happening. Pics are helpful to.

Could she be choking or trying to gulp down too much food? The "bloated" could just be a full crop... do the other chicks look the same? Or it could be sour crop or possibly wry neck, but I'm not certain the treatment for those issues, check these links:

If you've just washed her bottom, the down feathers will appear to have disappeared... wet chickens look terrible. You can use a blow dryer to fluff them back out and keep her warm. If you think the chicks are cold, continue to use the heat lamp, or even lay out a heating pad for them. Your sick chick would probably appreciate the heating pad too.
