My neighbor, Floyd, has a pen of vicious chickens, all Silkies and Seramas. They keep coming over to my coon coop and making off with my coons! They also beat up my pit bull and rott / dobie mix! I've had enough! I told Floyd that if his Seramas come on my property one more time and attack my coons and pit bulls, I'm gonna hafta shoot them! Is it legal to shoot a Serama that is worrying / attacking your raccoons and 90-lb. dogs?
