My neighbors hen, what breed is she?

This blond girl has basically no face, only a small dot for a comb, she has small black checkers on her back, her feathers feel like canvas.

Kind of curious about what the rooster of her breed would look like. I got a picture of her, but it's been a while since I've been here and I'm kind of lost at the moment...

Back when we lost Oscar last year these birds would always stay with him, now these 3/4 hens stay with us. There was a black silky looking hen, but she decided to go home. A new rooster in town, they were meant for each other, so these three stayed with us. She's the oddest looking one. They refuse to go home...

Everything in the picture is about right, her legs are normal dark blue/grey.

She's just different..
