Thank you all. DD and I have been working on this since February. Just got the bantams out end of last week. They seem to like it. he D'Anvers were kinda freaked out. They had been inside all winter but the cochins loved it from the begining. I have 3 more cochins and 2 silkies to go out in a couple of weeks. DD wants to breed her D'Anvers with our cochin roo. She is hoping for muffs and feathered feet.

That is one of those cedar kits right, a playhouse? Very cute

Yes it started out as a playhouse with horrible instructions on putting it together, so we just started putting it together how we thought it would go. Didnt quite get it right left a few thing off like the flower boxes and a bench that went on the outside but didnt need those anyway, and had to modify for the nest box. I still have to make windows that will open and close right now I just have plastic over til it gets warmer and to paint the nest box, but I couldnt take the cochins inside any longer with a rooster crowing in the house every morning.
