my new chicks

i got a new pair of game chickens sunday form manchester tn.
the rooster has a red head changing to orange at the base of the hackle with a red saddle and blue chest and black tail. the hen is all blue is this enough info to tell the breed? or is this like trying to tell the breed of dog with a short tail and black spot on his right side, i'll understand
