Well made it thru the first night, a sleepless night cause I was too excited and worried. I moved them onto the patio this morning from the garage and they started panting. It was 94 degrees in the shade. So, back in the garage, where its 85+, and they seem better.
One of them has tiny feathers on the tips of her wings, do you think they are older than 4 days?
Its funny I live in Florida and have to worry more about the heat than the cold. Thanks

Mine were getting their feathers at that age. In fact, it seemed like some of them were born with them. I took some pictures on the 10th (Monday) when they were 5 days old because I wanted to see the wing feather progression. I noticed last night that some of them are getting their cute little flicks of tail feathers. So cute. Reminds me of a fuzzy hat with just one long feather sticking out the top.
