So, I totally have to share with other people that are chicken crazy too! My family thinks I'm silly for this, hehe.
Our neighbor was going to trash an old shed that we converted into my new coop! It was totally in shambles. After three new windows, new door, plywood, trim, floor/foundation, and coats of paint, it looks pretty good ^_^ We also attached a 52x83 enclosed run because I lost a whole flock of 15 laying hens in April to a daylight dog/coyote attack. So they "free range"
safely.
Now the other coop and attached 8x10 run is now for my chicks ^_^ I am currently waiting on my Hen Gear stainless roll out nest box and it will be complete! My chickens are so happy to have the space!
