My new "coop de grace"!

. This is the fan. Super easy, took about 10 min after I cut out hole. I turned it so it would exhaust heat and it is amazing!! It pulls cool air thru chicken entrance and out the gable above people door on other side (sorry, don't hv pic). During the day it feels like a blow dryer on "hot"!! No off/on, it just comes on when the suns up and turns off when sun goes down.... I can just put a cover on it if it ever gets cold here (about 2 days/year!)
