I have d'Uccles, a couple OEGBs and Soul Suckers aka Silkies. LOL. They get the 6 x 8

The 4 x 6 gets my 2 Ancona Ducks and 4 GWH ducks (plus 4 ducklings)

My Orpingtons, Delawegger, Orloffs and OEs plus White Rocks with their Silkie Roo (long story) get the 10 x 20 coop

So once everyone is set up I think they will be happy. Tonight I have baby OEs, 2 Orloff babies and 3 Orp juveniles in the 6 x 8 while I finish the duckie interior painting to move them in then babies go into the area the ducks are now aka my garage. LOL Major shuffling with the weather holding up the painting process

Very nice, round here we would insulate but it must be warmer where you are. And 6 ducks and ducklings in a 4x6 ? Seems small to me. I have that size and 5 chickens ad think it's to small for them !

For chickens it would be small but the ducks are out all day and at night they snuggle into one corner happily. They prefer their dog crate to sleep in actually. They have run of the garage (single car) and they all go into an XL wire dog crate at night to sleep. LOL. Normally I would want more room for them but they do not want it silly ducks.
