My new fuzzy butts! now up to 6 ducklings & 19 chicks!

I read on the BYC raising chicks page that if you don't use medicated started feed the chicks might get coccidis and you could lose 90% of them.

I needed chick grower/starter, brought home a 50lbs bag....along with 3 white pullets and 3 brown ducklings!!!!

That one chick is almost dead this morning, I'm going to exchange it after work, poor little thing...
Well, it died and I got a new chubby and happy chick. They are all doing wonderful! 13 ladies and 3 unknown Khaki ducklings! Oh, so exciting!!!

6 eggs are dark and growing from my Jap/D'uccle who's been broody for 11 days.
They are due Monday March 14th! I'll hopefully have 6 more new babies!!

Well, I went in looking for bantams, came out with 3 white Pekin ducklings and 6 Amerucauna chicks!!

Good grief!!!! I hope you have lots of room! Thank goodness I've never been to TSC! I'm not going either!!!! (So stop tempting me!)

Moved the ducklings into the big 4x4ft brooder and got them a bigger 'pond'.
Need to make the chicks a bigger brooder now too!
