Arrghhh! The fact the the "breede" wanted them gone at six weeks says they don't know the first thing about raising dogs, so id disregard any advice they gave. Do you have other dogs, adults she can be with. It really important that she learn dog laguage right now. If you don't, id try to find a frien with some who could keep her a few weeks or at least visitthem. She would have also learned how to be good with stock from mama, a lot less work for you. I can't tell you how many failed lgds we get in rescue who were given this exact advice.
You NEED to build a relationship with her. Not oy so you can do maintence stuff, but so she is willing to take instruction from you. You wouldn't listen to some stranger who came in once and a while and bullied you. Don't expect different with her. She is your partner, give her that respect, and establish a bond and communicate with her.
