50% white offspring and 50% pied offspring is what you will get.

Edit: That is if the peacock is white and the peahens are just pieds. I think Zaz's comment bellow is right if he is a silver pied and the hens are pied white eye.

It will depend on their breeding, if he is indeed a silver and your hens are white eyed pieds then i believe you can get silver, whites and pieds

I saw the close up of your pretty on FB and i am pretty sure he is just stained not a silver pied, i have 30 big whites here most all are stained somewhere it is that time of year. If you look at his crest it also is stained the same color as the back
