Finally I got my coop finished.

The birds seem to love it. Just going to make some wire bob trap for the small door.

Once they are settled in I will add about 6 nest boxes by hanging them on the outside on the left side (similar to the chicken nesting boxes you see on outside of chicken coops).

Frustrating I can't get any pigeon equipment in my country. Struggling to find good things to make the perches. I want to add another row of 3 on the back.

How many birds could I fit in here?

They will be free to fly in and out at will most days and use the coop to roost in and breed.

Having a slight problem with the dominant cock bird picking on one other bird... he won't let it perch or rest anywhere apart from hanging on the wire. Will they sort out a pecking order, because they only in there for 2 days now.

That is normal. If it becomes and issue sometimes just taking the dominate bird out for a day or so and putting him in isolation may solve the problem. Another bird will assume the dominate role in his absence and this shuffling can cause things to quiet down.

It looks great! :thumbsup have you got sides for it though? I'm just thinking if the weather gets really bad (like sidewards rain!) then they will have some cover. For perches I use the wooden v shaped ones. I bought them for about £1.50 each. I could have made some but for that price it was hardly worth the bother!

Have you got amazon or eBay? You could probably get some from there. I'm not sure of the optimum amount of birds for the size of your loft but if thy are flying most of the time I'd say that 10-15 would be a nice managable amount. :)

I have ordered some proper V perches off E Bay and also a bob wire trap door. Can't wait till they come!!!
