I went to Indiana this weekend to do a family Christmas get together... I decided on the way up I was going to check the local craigslist, I couldn't help myself lol. And low and behold I found the cutest puppy ever. I decided to write on it to find out more info. The people wrote back and the pups were FREE!!!! (I know there is no such thing as a free puppy haha) so after a lot of convincing of my husband we decided to take a break from the gathering and go take a look.... and I fell in love
He is a little merle mix pup. His mommy is a full blooded basset hound, his daddy is a mix of a sort, they think maybe australian cattle dog and australian shepherd but couldn't quite remember.

He is already very intelligent. We have had him since Saturday and he has only had a few accidents in the house, and whines to go outside. He has yet to mess in his crate. And is learning to walk on a leash. I haven't named him yet as me and DH are having trouble agreeing on names... what do you think his name should be?
