My new rooster,and a question

Hello!
I got this chicken two days ago-he is the sweetest rooster I've seriously ever known!
He lets me hold him and carry him around.

Isn't he a cutie?

Okay,here is the question-all of my chickens are scared of me and won't come near me.
How can I get him not to be like that?
All of the chickens I try to raise to be social,get anti-social when I put them with the other chickens...

being calm, and just sitting there near them can help. some breeds just aren't friendly, they weren't bred/ designed to be friendly. just being regular with them can help, feeding treats near you can also help
