I have never seen OSB get mold just because it got wet. It shouldn't get any more mold than any other wood. Actually, I suspect that it less likely to mold than natural wood, since the glue will prevent moisture from seaping deep into the wood.

I like the way the spotted hen in the last picture is looking up with admiration at your creation. It looks like she's thinking "WOW, all that feed and it's just for ME!"
