My newborn goose is ill what do I do!?

So, we've been incubating some goose eggs that we found. one hatched and is fine, really cute, but the second has some issues.
He can't open his feet, his eyes bulge, he breathes funny and he can't stretch his neck! It's like he still thinks he is in his egg, he has been hatched for 16 hours now, any advice you can give will be welcome, thanks.
