My newly egg laying chickens have stared pecking the eggs

I have speedy, the chicken, who stared laying a few days ago lay her first egg. Now 3 days later someone else is laying and she pecked both egg or someone did. I have golf balls in the nesting boxes and have fed them some oyster shells. ( Need to get more shells) What do I do to stop the pecking?

You could try filling an eggshell w/mustard. Also try to collect eggs right after they are laid.
