my next 4-h fowl!?

I am having trouble picking out the breed and or species of fowl I should get to show in 4-h next year

For ease of handling and transportation, I would go with a nice, calm and gentle, bantam chicken breed; something like a Silkie, Cochin, or Brahma bantam.
