My non dominant rooster is becoming dominant?

I have a Light Brahma rooster (Spaz) that for some reason thinks he is dominant now. He is picking on the other roos especially the one that has been dominant (Henry). Henry our previously top rooster is now terrified of him. Spaz is very nice to the hens and they adore him but to the other roosters hes a nightmare.

It's nature. The young males will start challenging the older males and eventually "kick them out" and take over leading the flock, or group, depending on species. Certain animals, like lions for example, will kill any other male in the group when they take over leadership.

The funny thing is is that he is the same age as henry. Its also funny how the others could beat spaz in a fight but now all of them are terrified.
