My only Dominique. Boy or girl?

This is the only survivor of eggs damaged during shipment: this baby’s egg had a long hairline crack, but it made it. I bought the eggs as barred rock, but recently discovered they were Dominique.
Anyways, this is Rocky. I don’t have others to compare, so I’m asking your trained eyes: is this a pullet or a cockerel? Age is 3 weeks.

Overall color very dark - female
Dark color of legs - female
Leg size with no comparison - NA (males have coarser legs starting at hatch)
Two out three characters I look at say female. This assumes pure American Dominique. If cross, then only character above I trust is leg coarseness.

Any chick that has red wattles and red comb before 6 weeks of age is 100% a cockerel. Hens don't redden up until later.

I have that covered, then chick not 100% American Dominique. If a cross where mother is American Dominique, then female chick would be solid black and cockerel will exhibit weak barring (be dark) like a female American Dominique. Comb development consistent with male. I say not an American Dominique.

Reverse cross where father American Dominique would have both sexes looking like a female American Dominique, excepting for how coarse feet are.

I am into American Dominiques in a big way, and have made crosses involving them.
