we bought these as guaranteed pullets. this is #2 i am pretty sure is a rooster. he acts the part, too. kind of a wienie to my ladies. have real trouble getting good photos of their feet.
 
I am going to say roo, from his red feathering and stocky legs, sure looks boy to me. I hope I am wrong!!

Another thing to consider. Does he have saddle feathers? They are at the base of the tail. Saddle feathers are narrow and pointy. Hens have wide, fluffy feathers at the base of their tail. By the looks of that comb, I would say rooster.
 
That color pattern--the whitish body with the dark red on the wings--is classic roo, you won't find a hen that color. If you bought is as a sexed pullet from a hatchery, etc you're outta luck. If you bought it privately from a breeder who guarantees pullets, take him back and get a girly girl.
