My oven died!!!!

For mine it is the circuit board plus one of the stove top plugs for the element actually burned up. The elements are fine, it's the guts that died.

Ouch, those circuit boards are usually expensive. We still have an older JennAire with plain ol' manual dials.

I feel your pain. when we moved about 4 years ago, the old owners left their oven. it was 50 years old and supposedly still worked. it decides that the day to die was the day we moved in

and then we spent about 2 weeks ovenless. lived on food cooked in a toaster oven.

did you check craigslist?

I restored an oven just like the one in the picture for my Mother this year. Its complety insulated, cast iron insert in the oven to keep it warm and it has a deep well. I wish I could show you mine but Kodak deleted my gallery

My Mother's stove looks better than this one right now

Ohh... this is what I am hoping for! We do have one in Raleigh about 30 minutes from here.

Also, I've had the element burn out before... this model I can not find one for it anyways anymore. Now, it kicked back in and started working again... before it got angry and died again.

I think its an electrical issue actually.

Might be a thermostat problem if it is cutting in and out.

It was throwing sparks and making weird gun shot sounds!

Sadly, I bake in it day and day out... I really think I made it mad.
