These 5, 1 more may hatch tomorrow, are from my flock. Most are black Japs, Jap/D'uccle, 1 banty barred rock roo, white silkie roo, 2 RIR roos, hens are black cochin, black laced w/dark brown cochin, silkie, red pullets, maybe something else.
The chicks are near all black, larger than Jap chicks, maybe a fourth larger or so. Two or 3 have white on the top of the head, dark feet and beak on all. They also do not have the familiar Jap chick peep I'm used to, slightly different.
Ideas on what they are mixes of? Sorry for the fuzzy 2nd pic, was just trying to show the white on the head.
