I'm not sure if I want to go to any class reunions.

One of the girls in my class is a billionaire, I believe; her dad was the guy who started The Villages in Florida. Her daughter is Megan Boone, the actress who played the lead in The Blacklist.

Her older brother is also a billionaire, has 3 private jets. My brother has built "a couple" of houses for him.

My brother never finished high school. He can barely read (dyslexic), but is a genius when it comes to building things and fixing machines.

I'm an old(ish) lady who has a couple of gardens, 8 chickens, a loving husband, and a silly puppydog. I don't have billions to worry about, or 3 private jets to maintain. Or the other trappings and traps of extreme wealth. I think I did all right.

Stick can make most anything fun to drive.

I finally had to give up driving standard, after my horse fractured my arm I had trouble changing gears.

I am long past being curious of my old school mates. And I have little interest in dressing up and going to any reunions, I’d rather sit on my lawn chair and watch my horses and chickens

No, they're the real deal. Medical practices and CEOs and news anchors and law firm partners and art galleries and university staff are easy to verify. Some of them weren't just cool kids, they were mean kids. Viciously mean kids. I hope they outgrew that.

I was neither of those but I was a smart kid. They were smart, too, so I was stuck with them for thirteen long years, from K-12.

There was a reunion a few years ago. I didn't go but I saw the photos. Some of the cool/mean kids were there. I wonder if they apologized to anyone? I doubt it but I like to hope they did.

I'm just a weird chicken lady now which is why I don't have much of a social media presence and I definitely don't attend reunions.

I like to think I have graduated from being the crazy horse lady, to being the crazy chicken lady

I am old enough to remember thinking that 30 was old! Now at twice that age I feel like I am the same as I was at 19!

Then the body laughs and laughs and laughs, as I go around looking for my Celebrex

And I can still drive one, my BIL has one so when he borrows my truck I take his car

It’s amazing really how one just ‘automatically’ knows how to drive one! (Little pun there).
