My package has arrived!!!

Just got my order of quail eggs in the mail! This is the first time i've ever ordered eggs before so im pretty excited. I have a really quick question for you all! There's a note in the box that says- Upon arrival please let the eggs rest 24 hrs. prior to incubation. My question is, do I leave them In the box for this 24hrs? Or do I take them out and let them lay down on their sides?

Rest them big ends up. Or with the directional arrows on the box. And have fun!

How did your hatch turn out? What kind of quail? Who did you order from? What was the hatch rate? I'm setting my first hatch next month. Any advise to another newbie?
