Thanks for the response.

My misunderstanding. Since you described it in your first post as a "recycled rubber flooring" I thought it was a covering that you were putting over the floor like a vinyl flooring.

Congrats on your pallet coop.

Alas! another Artist working solely in the medium of pallets.

Pallet coop--awesome.
Flooring of Trex--brilliant.
I have a supply of Trex just waiting for me to use it; I've been waiting for the project...thanks for the inspiration.

I'm building a massive pirate ship playground from pallets. I think I linked to it from my BYC page.

Now I'm building a coop from an A-frame swingset.

Recycling and repurposing like a true Kansan.

Sorry about the wording, FMS moment. I love this stuff it won't rot in a damp environment. I can wash it out with water and no worries. I got it just for that reason since chicken's poop a lot at night there is no worriers of rot or worrying if it is dry enough. Plus this way I don't have to worry about putting anything else down like vinyl flooring or anything that might come up with the chickens scratching in the straw. It is also non toxic like treated lumber. It is worth the money.

I'm using an old bunny hutch but not the usual one this was what I called the townhouse 2 floors
( this was June bugs winter home I will find some where else for her to stay warm in the winter ) Everything we are using is around the house
or donated to us we have a wood working friend who gave us some ply wood he had from a demolition job. the fence is from around a garden
that we stopped using. We have really only spent around $50.00 so far for 2x3's and screws and better wire. Even the screening for the windows are from old screens from the house.
I will try to get pictures as we go and post them. I'm so eggcited!!!!!!
