Super nice job and old/ recycled building materials are often better than new lumber that is now being sawn from immature trees and most often not properly kiln dried. Not to even mention the cost that has escalated right along with fuel cost. Often old sheds, barns and houses can be had free for the removal.

I agree with reusing stuff, it just makes more sense with the cost of everything going up it is harder to afford stuff. My gate for my garden is made from an old metal spring from a child's bed need to get a picture of that up.
