My Pekin duck is Coughing

This is my 1st duck and he just started coughing tonight. Poor boy is in with my chickens and has been since I bought him at 5 days old. What could be causing the coughing??

is the water deep enough for him to clean his beak?

Yeah. He has access to 2 different buckets.

when i had a pekin he did the same thing... i think i even have an old old topic somewhere... Ducks do get coughs sometimes... Just make sure he has acess to water and maybe put some vitamins in his water (poultry vitamins, in powder form can be purchased at feed stores)
