My Pet Chicken- Good/Bad?

I have ordered from them twice in the past 2 yrs and have been very happy with them. I'm in Washington State and the chicks came from Ohio. 2 yrs ago, I got the Rainbow Pullet Special, which was 25 mixed pullets for $25.00 and FREE shipping & handling. I split the order with friend and sold the extra light brown leghorns. All chicks arrived alive and all grew into happy healthy adults and no roosters in the group.

Last year, I ordered just 6 chicks and all went well with that order as well. I will use them again.

I suppose I must have caught 2 different employees on the off day then. I received great service when ordering but as soon as there was an issue I ended up talking to impatient employees. I expect consistent service so for me, I'll take my money elsewhere. There are plenty of competitors. I have never had a problem with breeders. Perhaps because they are personally invested and passionate about their work? :/
