The big white lump under her belly appeared one month ago but those small lumps show up this 2 weeks. Her situation seems like becoming worse this 2 days in which she’s stretching her head to breath and unable to eat anything.
She lives in a big cage which is made from a dog cage. She eats some grains and mealworms

She could have one those tumors in her windpipe, I don't know what they could be, I'm sorry
Does she eat chicken feed at all? They really need actual feed since it has all the vitamins, minerals and protein chickens need, that's why she's so bald and skinny, she's very malnourished.
Have you ever given her de worming medicine?

That this chicken is having trouble breathing as well as these skin lesions, it may be she has a serious bacterial infection. Has she come into contact with dirty, fecal bedding that hasn't been changed in a good while? There is a bacteria called Clostridium that can be ingested when a chicken is feeding off of fecal contaminated soil and it can erupt as skin sores. The breathing issues could mean the infection is overwhelming her organs.

You can try her on a broad spectrum antibiotic if you can get your hands on one.
