My Pet Chicken? Reliable?

So I recently started raising my own chickens and I originally got them from a neighbor. I want to introduce some more into my flock and decided to order online and I stumbled across My Pet Chicken.com. I was planning on buying 10, day-old chicks from them but wish to know if I should or not. Are they reliable?

They had a computer glitch when we ordered from them and we were sent too many chicks, but they were all adorable and very healthy, and the breeds were correct!
We plan on ordering more!
No extra chicks or rooster chicks were "added for warmth" which is great!
They just made a mistake, and we were okay with it!

I've ordered both chicks and ducklings from them and they all came in healthy and strong. I was also able to wean them off of heat alot faster than my chick from cacklehatchery (lost chicks and ducklings all but one in the first week from them)

Also, NONE of the chicks were incorrectly sexed which is awesome!

And I wouldn't do straight runs unless you want alot of roos, lol.
