My pet duck got bit and needs help idk what to do?

Okay, that's not too much of an option, he lives inside with me and there's not much separation beyond putting a tiny fence in my tiny house so that he's away from the giant dog, but that leaves him in this less than five foot square space to sit in all day long, the dogs still walk up to HIM. He's my baby, all I have, so thank for the 'warning' for next time, real encouraging.
She's just being honest. You said yourself that you were worried about the duck, so clearly you acknowledge it was, or could have been, a problem?
We just don't want to give you false encouragement that could end in heartbreak if your dog accidently hurts your bird. We've heard of it happening oh so many times.

Is this a house duck? If so, 5sqft isn't enough space all day- couldn't you consider a play pen set up? I had my girls inside for a while and used two puppy pens joined together. They were about £30 each but you could make something cheaper. It gave them a decent amount of room and meant the dog couldn't get to them.
Or could you consider housing the duck (and a friend?) Outside?

I hope you can figure something out, and that your duck is okay.

I’m
Not in any way trying to make your situation difficult
I am sympathetic to your situation
My birds are my babies just as my dogs and cats are
Once a dog has got frustrated enough to bite this will continue to happen
Next time may be much worse or fatal for the duck even if the dog doesn’t mean to go that far
To you have yard space ? Could you get your duck a friend and make them a space outside and just bring them in at night ?
Ducks do so much better with other duck friends
They love to play follow the leader and humans and other pet friends can’t do this
I really hope you find a solution and can keep everyone safe and happy
