I couldn't resist breakfast for dinner tonight...love that...and it's such an easy dinner...my thanks to fresh eggs from the girls. Plus a side of bacon & toast. YUM.

I love breakfast for dinner - I usually throw in some grits, too. LOVE a fried egg mixed in with grits.

If it hadn't been so hot I'da made biscuits and gravy to go with it! LOL Soon as it cools down after summer everybody's invited for biscuits & gravy & eggs and any other sides you like.
