She loves her pink cuttle bone very, very much. Somebody donated a box of those 'two-tone' pink/white cuttle bones to my birds. Pink on the outside, white in the center. While my cockatiels obliterated them this parakeet decided to use hers as a head, neck, and back rub. Don't worry she wasn't dyed.

Ohh sweet, stubborn budgies..

I hate stressing my bird out over beak trims. Last time he

was 'dazed' for the rest of the day, over stress. (they did

not give him the 'sleepy' medicine) So I started giving him

things to naturally trim his beak. Hey, in the wild they don't

have their beak trimmed by a vet.
