My pitiful little Seabrite

She is a very young hen and has laid about 10 eggs total. We let her out of the coop one morning 5 days ago and noticed her rear was all bloody. I figured she had been pecked at but it is not getting better, still bleeding she is extreemly swolen around her vent. I've isolated her and been giving her tetracycline. What else can I do?

Try a warm water sitzbath every so often. And keep her warm and quiet. Good luck. Poor little thing. Good thing you noticed her problem.
