I have a big building which i keep my 2 roosters and my duck but they are in pens.I hate them being in cages all the time so im gonna just cover the windows with wire and let them loose in there.
I should have some pictures this weekend but idk when ill finish it.

Is there anyone that keeps chickens in cages?

Yes, I've seen it done. I visited a breeder, in fact, who kept trios of birds in cages that were barely 3 x 3, which isn't enough in my opinion. One bird in a cage for a limited amount of time is fine, if they have plenty of room to move around, flap their wings, and such. But why keep them if you have to have them confined as such all the time? It would be best and most natural for them to have space to run around in, scratch up the dirt, enjoy the outdoors daily, roost up high, socialize with other birds, and so on. Ducks particularly need to socialize with other birds.

I think your plan to use the large building as one big coop can be good. But if you have other things stored in there, just be warned that the chickens will jump up on things and drop their poop everywhere.
