My Poor Australorp

She's been "in confinement" for a week, and has had Terramycin for about five days. Today I switched her to Wazine for the day. I am ready with the dispersible probiotics when it's time. She "chats" when I go into the room and has had fermented feed 18% protein, cooked eggs, cooked meat, mealworms, some salad greens. Her tail is up nice and high, and her butt is still poopy. I plan to bathe her after the worming mess and have put more pine shavings into the box. I can't say what her diagnosis is, but I have found a wealth of information on this forum. If there's anything else I sould do, please say it. Thanks.

I've carried her out to the flock two days running now, and it doesn't seem to be going well. One of the SLs is picking on her, and she ruffles up and hunkers down when out there. If I have her in a box in the garage, her tail feathers are up and she is eating well and chatting to me. Am I putting her out too soon?

It may take some time to get her back into the flock, since she has been out so long. Chickens don't seem to remember flock mates after a few days, and will attack when they think someone is an outsider. If placing her in a fenced off area or in a cage for a few days within the flock is possible, it may help.
