my poor dog's ears

I have been trying everything except the vinegar method vet said to avoid that method...i heard that coconut in their food may help...anyone tried this? thank you

what will help depends on what is wrong with his ears and the cause. Yeast infection? If so, is it possibly allergies? Are the allergies food or environmental?
Yeast from excessive moisture or wax buildup issues?
What kind of dog? Floppy ears like a lab or beagle? Or prick ears?

all are factors in determining the best way to handle ear issues. What did your vet recommend? Did they do a culture?
