Now if that had been my husband, he would have said that it is wonderful I am making such good use of the kitchen and finding different ways to cook the same meat.

You probably can easily disguise the pork as most chaps really are not in to know to what meat looks like.

I brought a piece of pork that was in different wrapping to the usual we buy and straight away, hubby turned his nose up. Lol when I cooked it and saw the colour. Instead of the usual off white/greycolour - it was pinkish red and my first thought was: he is going to complain about the colour. So I tried to disguise it with gravy, but his eyes are too keen on these things and sure enough he commented on the colour. I give him his dues though, he was not short on saying that it was actually very tasty

I have a cross stitch sampler in my kitchen that says: Sit down at the table and have a look. The first complainer is next meal's cook.
