update:we just checked on her right now and she seems to be doing better she can pass her poops now and when she poops the vent doesn't seem to be visible she is also eating a little more

Again, photos would be helpful. But I'm leaning toward thinking this is a classic case of heliomaitis

First time I've seen this, but it describes ME perfectly. This paired with being overly dramatic isn't a good combination, for the individual (well it's horrible for me because I seriously can't help but to go to worst case scenario). I am the worst, so you're not alone, if that's the case, and I can assure you that there are folks WAAAYYY worse (I am referring to myself) than you can imagine. I am having to apologize constantly. Please note that I am not saying this is the case for you @Whatsupchickenbutt_27 I am just saying that you're not alone, if so. I am so happy your pullet is ok. Best wishes to you and your flock

Editing again to share that being an overly dramatic helicopter keeper actually saved my pullet (my dramatic self freaking out and the amazing @azygous and @Wyorp Rock) one time, so I shouldn't be so fast to say it's a bad thing.

We were all like that starting out. Education is what stops you from "freaking out". Ive learned so much from keeping chickens AND this site. Thank you BYC!
