*Janet, might try washing his feet & legs in real warm, soapy water, rinse them and look again for injuries and send fresh pics, o.k.? If he draws his feet back or seems in pain when you touch them, just support him in the water and let the dirt soak off. A PINCH of baking soda added to the water will help soften the dirt faster. Then, rinse and gently dry them.

I actually looked at his feet last night and he didn't wince in pain, but my concern is now he cannot grasp to anything. I tried to get him on one of the perches and he couldn't do it with the good foot. Plus, the good foot is looking swollen too. I don't know, guys.....I don't think he is going to be around much more. Granted, the girls are gentle around him which is good.

I think his feet may have been frost bitten as well.

They may have become infected and that's what's causing them to swell. I have no experience with the treatment though...

Do you have a folding dog cage, or some way of keeping him warm and isolated for a week or so? That way you could augment diet with scrambled eggs, etc. (and or get a bag of the 30% protein Gamebird Starter). If it is cold injury it will take some time to know how much mobility he'll regain. I'm still wondering if he didn't suffer an actual injury (from info in your original post) and the cold just exacerbated it???

Or perhaps a spare quiet bathroom that you could put some straw in so he can rest and be comfy till his problem can be sorted out? If he has a very good hen friend, perhaps she could stay with him. Calms my roo down when his friend is with him. Then lots of good nutrition, quiet....
Hope some clarity about what is wrong with his feet will come soon so you can know how to help him. Injury, frostbite, other - they're all so different, except that R&R is good in all cases.
If they were just scaly and dry I would recommend Bagbalm which I've seen regenerate feet to an amazing degree. My hen Betty (RIP) once has trouble walking when her feet/legs got dry/scaly/even bloody and the Bagbalm reversed the condition completely to where it looked like she had brand new legs and feet.
But in this case, it doesn't sound quite the same so I wouldn't say that would take care of the problem.
The pain remedy mentioned above may help him be more comfortable - looks like he could use some pain relief.
Good avian vet in the area by chance?
I really hope he gets better.
