It seems like a viral Virus do you have any medicine avail to u?

Kindly make some warm water dip cotton it it and very softly clean the eye .

Where are u from?
Do your chickens sneezing also discharge from eyes

Do you have poultry farm or home chickens

How many chickens affected

I am in Africa pricisely in Cameroon, i have a mini poultry farm with a mixture of gesse, turkeys broolers and chinesse fowls. Yes there is a discharge on its eyes.

Pls buy a bottle of Baytril (Enrofloxcacin 10%) and give it to ur all.chickens also buy some poultry Vitamins which help.them stay strong

It can be CRD & Fowl Pox Together

We can treat CRD but Not Fowl Pox
Fowl pox will go on its own after 3-4 weeks

Regarding the eye soak cotton in lukewarm water add 1 drop of coconut oil and clean the eye with very lite hand

Do the treatment if baytril for 10 days
Hope ur chickens recover
