Very sad day for me... One of the young boys was looking a little iffy last night, and I thought about bringing him in, but didn't because he had a crop full of food, so I figured he was okay enough to stay out, Well, I was wrong, he just died in my arms.

At the advice of my vet, I flamed all of my pens with a weed torch. I can not attest to its effectiveness, but it might help your soil conditions.

but glad you were able to figure out cause of death. How are the other three doing?

The necropsy also gave me some insight into the cause of death of @q8peafowl 's bird.
