my pullet is squatting and has left the free range flock, need advice

My first time pullets are 7 months now. I noticed the largest doing some squatting behavior 2 days ago. She now is hanging out by our front door, and she has the ground bowled out like for a dust bath. She does not want to leave. Her squatting is more frequent so I suspect she is getting ready to lay. I put a box out there with shavings and an egg from someone else. Should I move her into the coop?? I don't know if she knows where to go.

I showed my the nest box, but mine are locked up until at least 10. Then I let them out, but while I am at work they stay in the run and I let them out when I get home for a little bit. I have only found 1 egg outside. I have 16 laying in 3 boxes, but have only gotten 13 eggs in one day...lazy girls.
