You said "hen" is she actually a pullet? New layer?

No. They've been laying approx 2 months normal sized eggs. I was sitting by them while they ate and she just pooped it out with no trouble. Normally she sings the egg song too

My 3+ year old hens will lay the small eggs but they are bigger than a grape. Ours did this several weeks back when they started laying again after molting.

I would say it's okay. They can occasionally lay oddities. Here's an excellent article that shows many of the unusual eggs:

I was going to say their ok but just seen that you posted. The small eggs are called something else just can't remember. We get a few every year from our Hens. Two of them will be 4 in July, the 5 will be 4 in September and they always give us these cute little eggs from time to time. Nothing to worry about, if you break one open you will see it's only the egg whites of an egg, no yolk what so ever. Some have mention that they throw them out but I read last year they are fine to eat. We eat ours when we are making scrambled eggs and such. Our Hen quit laying in December and didn't start laying until the 1st of January. They have never taken off a month from laying. They usually all don't molt at the same time but I guess this time they did. If I find something that looks different or strange with the eggs I try to describe it and do a search to see what is going on. I hope this helps you.

she is doing very well yesterday she lay a normal egg
she still under observation
