my pullet picking out its feathers

HELP!!!!! my RIR pullet has plucked itself to the point of it becoming raw. the raw spot is the top curve of the left wing and it isnt raw on the other wing. is it a sign of stress or something more severe?????

What kind of feed does she get? Does she seem to be eating the feathers? It can be a sign of protein deficiency.

its a pullet but i got it with a day old so they r both eating chick starter. and i checked this morning and the spot like grew back and it didnt look ike it was eating the feathers.
